with the display and I need to replace it. I tried to tell them that the
display is fine and that it looks like it stopped working shortly after

Same here. I checked the software and it looks like it updated right
before it stopped working. Guessing it’s something to do with the
update. I’ll chat up support later tonight to see if I can get it fixed.
