Heat link seems dead

Hi, my heat link seems to be dead, no lights on it at all. There is no problem with the power. Who do I contact for repairs / replacement? It’s just 1 year old.

Thanks so much. We’re back up and running. There was a little switch in another room that controls the power to the heat link.
