Hot water icon that managed my pool heating scheduling from domestic boilere disappeared

HI thereI use my Nest app and online login to schedule my pool heating from my domestic boiler. the hot water icon has disappeared and i cannot heat pool. I can only heat house. I've tried set up pro etc. Cant seem to get it back? HELP!
