I have tried this already through troubleshooting articles. When I put the pin in and hold the big button at same time nothing happens. It never chimes. I have tried this ten or so times even holding for up to a minute or longer.

Hey there,I am unable to update this way because the camera has already been taken off the app and I cannot reinstall it without wifi connecting to it. So when I go settings/homeinfo/homewifihelp my other nest products show but not the doorbell camer...

Hey there,I checked the wires. All good. I tested the transformer and I’m getting good power 20.5volts consistently. Im baffled as to what is going on? Any other suggestions or is this unit done?
