Had to replace Wi-Fi router and need to reconnect thermostat. I removed the thermostat from the Google home app not knowing that I would have to remove it from the wall to scan the QR code to reinstall it. I have no idea how to get it off the wall. I...

Thanks! Finally got it apart and after numerous tries got the factory reset done. That ring doesn’t like me. But we are back on business with the new router.

Unfortunately I followed a post that said to remove my nest thermostat from the app and reinstall it to connect to my new Wi-Fi router. I don’t know how to remove it from the wall to rescan the QR code. Can anyone help me?
