Doorbell not working

My wired doorbell stopped working on Wednesday. I've tested the power with a meter and there is DC power as expected but there's no blue light on the doorbell.

Hi - someone's tried to remove my Nest Hello doorbell and it's bent the backplate. Can I get a replacement please?Cheers,Garan.

I had to throw the device in the bin and get a new doorbell. I'm very disappointed.
