I cannot connect my Android app to the thermostat. When I scan the QR code it tells me the thermostat is already connected to my network. The thermostat will not return a code either for the same reason. I have "RESET" the thermostat and same issue.I...

Thank you for your great instructions' I would only add that the user must turn the ring with so instructed as that took a second try to figure that out.Thanks again!
