I didn't reset the new one because it's new, I didn't think I would need to. I'll try it though.The link you provided doesn't help because it's all the same battery saving information that I've already been through.

Yesterday the battery died on the new one. It's an improvement, but still less than 1 month.

Today the battery officially died, this includes the 1 week power saving mode. I also have not heard from your team.
