How do I added Google Nest Cam to my already established Nest Aware Account. I've had it for years. I had to change the camera due to Verizon Router 'upgrade.'

Nest Cam received and connected. It did not connect to my active Nest Cam account. Please advise.

I received the replacement Nest Cam as it wasn't connecting to the new Verizon network. It is now connected but it isn't on my Nest Cam App / account that's still active. Please advise.

I received the replacement but I mistakenly returned it thinking it needed to be hard wired vs. being on wifi (since it was saying I needed to connect it to my computer to connect it to the network and I was also having problems connecting the camera...
