Hi, please can someone help - when I click 'boost' for hot water, it
says 'on' on my phone app and the Nest device, but the boiler does not
start up. (boiler does start up when I activate the heating). thanks

don’t really understand about the hot water contacts- what are they/ how
do I check if they’re working, thanks again
Hi, has worked in the past. Not a combi - hot water tank. This morning
it was scheduled to come on at 6am. At 6am the Nest device said that hot
water was 'on' but the app said it was 'off' , and the boiler itself was
'off'
