Hi - I solved the issue by removing the sensors from the thermostat,
deleting the thermostat, and resetting it then re-installing the
thermostats and sensors. If they go offline simultaneously it is not a
local issue..
This is unnecessarily aggravating due to poor product development and no
support. It is NOT possible to connect a properly wifi-connected
thermostat to the app, without resetting it and then searching for the
entry key or QR image - or both. This res...
