Camera refuses to reconnect

I have 5 outdoor wifi cameras all on one account. I removed one to resite it. It would not reconnect via the iOS app. And still will not. I can find it in my account but it will not find wifi. I know I could do it by connecting to my W11 desktop but ...

Nest Cam Dropped out

Any ideas? I have 5 nest cams. One has dropped out and I cannot re-connect it.It just buffers.
