Hi,sorry if this has been asked before, I'm have problems connecting thermostat to heat pad in the cupboard. Tried the usual things, put it next to it,turning Internet off,turned mains power off ...any ideas please

Just got hold of customer service and apparently it has been used and registered before which is why it won't pair.....off to jl then郎郎郎郎郎郎

Yeah brand new from John Lewis and thermostat is wireless apart from charging cable
