i have a wired gen2 battery cam and have signed up for nest aware plus. the cam is plugged to an active charging cable.how do i see a 24/7 video interval? how do i save the video to a file, i.e.mp4?

I was able to to download the Nest information, no problem, with a slight delay.Under /Nest/camera/structure.xxx.../AAAA/event_sessions I find a series of .jpegs but no MP4's. Maybe I need to request MP4 formats somewhere.What a treasure-trove of dat...

My version is NOW also 3.11.1.10, thanks! The Save Clip is working with a variety of save times on offer.Thanks for your patience and skill; it makes Nest Aware Plus "worth it" for my application!

My version is 3.11.1.10. Today, I tried downloading Google Home from the PlayStore. The version offered was 4.2 and it would not update my version. I haven't been on Preview before.
