Everything's fine Jeff, thank you. I just can't afford a wired doorbell
right now which would be a more long term solution than the battery
powered. So I had to go with the battery one again. Best, Iris
I did call Support and they did nothing to help me because I was 4
months past the 1 year warranty for the Nest Doorbell "battery" model. I
had to buy another one and I'm pretty irritated.
Unfortunately, I went through the steps with trying to fix Nest Doorbell
battery and it's a faulty battery and Google won't replace it because
it's 4 months out of warranty. Not too Happy!
Oh yeah, big time! I don't have a wired doorbell so had to get the
battery one. Wound up buying the charging cable and had to splice it
with longer wires to reach an outdoor outlet. Doesn't charge right even
though it's correctly wired and plugged in...
