Its gen 3 learning thermostat.i have read online that google will stop the nest customer service. Do you know will affect the termostat app?

Thank you David. I ha s tried everything. The thermostat is in my vaction property. We have 7 more thermostats and they all work except this one. Could it be the battery doesnt hold charge anymore?
