Your answer is not what I mentioned.TV Brands are not visible when performing setup manually with the remote.TV Brands are only visible with telephone and Google Home setup.

I found the solution myself. I did the setup WITHOUT using my phone and Google Home. After factory reset I did the whole setup again with Google Home on my telephone. And now Factory brands are showing up and Volume buttons are working as it should.
