Heat link not working

We have a nest thermostat & heat link. The heat link is completely unresponsive - no lights at all. How can we get it replaced?

Hi ChrisThanks for your reply. We have tried all of those steps but the Heat Link is completely unresponsive: no lights come on after pressing the centre button for 10+ seconds, nor after the power has been reset. RegardsRobert.
