Same problem here! I rebooted, unplugged, replugged, tried to get
someone to call me a million times (no call) then finally used the chat.

RETURN IT! This thing is garbage especially when you think of where
we're at with Ai! It's THE most unintelligent device ever. If I could
return it, I would. Do it now.
