I'm not sure what the laws are where you are but I purchased mine 2 months ago and was still able to return mine. I just had to show my proof of purchase. I still had all the original packaging and they replaced it. I believe the wifi point was fault...

No worries Jeff. My Nest Wifi was replaced by the retailer and the replacement works well.

Hi Jeff,I will be returning my nest wifi to the retailer I purchased it from and they are going to replace it. I have tried all toubleshooting options I could and nothing resolved the problem. Thank you.

Hi Rjet,I have contacted the place I bought it from and will be returning my nest wifi to get a replacement as it's still under warranty. I hope you are able to resolve your issues with yours.
