Help…..please….multiple emails to helpdesk and 3 calls and not a thing to fix this issues….no promised email from them…..basically washed their hands of this issues? thermostat works fine as a thermostat but iPhone app and Alexa does nothing…..factor...

Fitted Nest thermostat yesterday to replace Hive and so far just awful…..constantly off line and on in my 5th or 6th network reset?any ideas as apparently my ‘ping’ is too high??Any help appreciated as so far I’ll have to replace with something else ...
