Any news on the fix for those of us who were told to factory reset when
the outtage initially happened? and now find out we are not supposed to
factory reset?
Looking on twitter, everyone is experiencing it, looks like google shut
them down, no explanation or messages, we are very sorry, seems like
they just shut them all off
