Muda a data do seu celular para dia 7 de março e configurei o Chromecast normal pelo home aí a nova atualização e feita automaticamente e volta funcionar normal depois só voltar a data correta no seu celular. Eu fiz deu certo

Não sabia que o problema era mundial e restaurei padrão de fábrica e agora ?
