Can’t get the thermostat to add to my Nest app. I have one already in my home and adding a second one but won’t connect after several attempts. Please help.

I have changed my wi-fy system and can't remember the passcode of my thermostat. Need instructions to do a factory reset or connect to laptop and reconfigure with a new passcode. Help needed ASAP please.

I have the stat connected to my MAC and showing a text code. How do I reset to factory defaults as a new thermostat?
