Lost Passcode and new wi-fi. Needs Factory Reset

I have changed my wi-fy system and can't remember the passcode of my thermostat.  Need instructions to do a factory reset or connect to laptop and reconfigure with a new passcode.  Help needed ASAP please.

I have never done the full factory reset but see if this old posts' instructions help.
