through NG and I sent a complaint to them. Maybe that will help me get

Thanks, Kipp61. What you suggest makes sense. I have tried all of the
suggested fixes with no success. WiFi connectivity is central to the
reason I and probably most others buy this thermostat. I am not sure
where to go next.
