I tried everything then I bought another Nest Aware subscription as it kept asking me even to although I had one and it magically started working. I then cancelled the old subscription. Pretty bad . Paying for months for something which does not work...

I have same issue. Did you resolve it? BTW They take my money quite efficiently though.
