I follow google home "add device" and once it searches then scans the QR code nothing happens. I have another older camera working fine.
Also will not launch the app to install on my computer
Had this camera working previously on my google home.
Yes all apps are up to date and I am near the WIFI. Reset to factory, still no joy.
Thanks for any help !

So you're following these steps in the Home app?

Did you try tapping "Continue without scanning" and entering the setup code instead? What colour is the light on the camera?
"Also will not launch the app to install on my computer"
That camera model has to be setup using the Home app, you can't set it up using a computer.

Thanks That worked. Too bad that's such a big secret, I spent hours trying to figure this out and did not see that anywhere.
