Setting up a 2nd iPhone to control thermostat

I've tried setting up a 2nd iPhone to control the 2 Nest thermostats. The problem comes when I go to either t-stat to get the Nest # from the t-stat to enter into the 2nd iPhone, there is no #. Same occurs on the other t-stat. What am I doing wrong?

I have 2 Nest cameras. Front Door/Back door. Do I need to purchase the Nest Aware on both cameras? 120/year 'x' 2 camera?

Thermostat replacement

I have received multiple emails about my thermostat saying they want to replace it and to call 1 855 469 6378 not in service anymore and cant get ahold of anyone on this issue. Not sure what to do.. Hate google now..
