My app is no longer registering my thermostat. My only option in the app is to add product. When I select “add product” it instructs me to go to thermostat settings and retrieve the “product key code” (there is no QR code to scan on my thermostat). When I go on the thermostat settings and look for the key code, it tells me that my thermostat is already registered with an account. Any advice would be great, thanks
I don’t know why the app is no longer reading the thermostat. I don’t know what changed. I don’t use the app often but It was working about a month ago.
