I'm new to this but hoping for some help. Had Nest App on previous phone and all connected fine to thermostat. I have now got a new phone and it won't let me sign in, it keeps saying password incorrect, so I request a reset but never receive the email to do this. I've removed App from old phone thinking that it was maybe causing a problem but still not able to sign in and now can't get back into the app on my old phone either. I've googled but it just keeps saying to request reset but it's not working. Any advice would really be appreciated. Thanks

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

I am having a similar issue. When I first got the Nest thermostat, I had a different phone number. When I download the app onto my new phone, I am unable to log in. Click on forgot password and it sends the email, but also is sending a confirmation code to the old disconnected phone number. I have already updated Google account to new phone number. Why is Nest still trying to use old number?
