Can’t add spotify to my google home

Hi, i can’t add spotify to my google home app. When i try this everthing seems to be allright. Google home opens spotify and there i see a finch which indicates that everything is allright. When i return to the google home app, spotify isn’t added to music?.. my google and spotify account has the same login name…..

 

What goes wrong?

Quick questions: are you getting any messages when linking your Spotify account to the Google Home app? If yes, what was it?

 

Give these steps a try:

 

  • Uninstall the Spotify app on your phone.
  • Once uninstalled, try linking your Spotify account again on the Google Home app.
  • If you have successfully linked your Spotify account, you can install the app back on your phone.
