Thanks for reaching out to the community! I understand that you cannot sign in to your Nest account since you are prompted for a 2-step verification code, but the code is sent to an old phone number that you can no longer access to receive the text message. I'm glad to assist you with this!
Since you don't have access to the phone number associated with your account, the only alternative that you can try is to contact your mobile service provider to see if they can transfer your old phone number to your current phone so you can receive the 2-step verification code.
If you can't recover your phone number, your only remaining solution is to factory reset your Nest products and add them to a new account. If you have a family member added to the account, please ask them to remove the devices. Be aware that you will lose all video history and device settings, and you'll need to re-invite any family members to your new home.
