Can't get my speaker to set up

I started setting up my speaker I put in my address I've done the internet all that stuff but when I try and say hey Google it says that my speakers not setup please tell me what I'm doing wrong

• Which Google speaker is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
• Is your device powering on?
• Does your device show up as 'connected' in the Google Home App?
• Is your phone and device all on the same WiFi network?
• Could you try to reboot and Factory Data Reset your device?
  • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. 
  • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
