I can’t log into my Nest app as it says my password is wrong. Tried to reset my password but it doesn’t send me an email. This has been going on for three days now and my home isn’t protected because I can’t get access to this app

My Google Home App is still not letting me add my Nest Thermostat to it as a device. It was set up previously fine but now won’t add it using the QR Code or Set Up Code that is on the back of my Nest Thermostat. Nor can I login to my Nest Account direct from the Goggle Home App because the Nest Login page isn’t recognise my Google account login details. Even though that is how I am logged in directly to the Nest App. I need to get my nest added as a device from Google home. In particular because that is how I control it from my Alexa devices that I have and use.

I'm sorry for the late reply. I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
If the thermostats are already added, there's no need to add another device. Make sure to sign in with the right email address on the Nest app and on the Google Home app. If so, try checking for other available structures where the thermostat might be connected. Have a look at this guide on how to switch homes from the Google Home app.
Also,please take a look at this helpful article with some troubleshooting steps for when you can't sign in on the Nest app. Please let me know if that helps or if the issue still persists.
