Has anybody else had issues with logging into their Nest account? It keeps redirecting me back to the "Sign in with google" page. Is not a password problem as it get's past that stage, loads the blue screen with the Nest logo and just redirects me back to the sign in page.
Tried multiple machines and over cellular. Nest support on the phone refuse to investigate further and say create a new account. Nest support chat, says there is an issue at their end, if it is, surely there would be a bit more noise.
I have restarted one of my thermostat and now the Nest setting says I need to generate a new key.
I decided to create a new google account and logged onto Nest, and attempted to generate a new key on the thermostat, however, it now says it's unable to do so.
I have no idea what is going on, it seems like Nest has decided to ban all my gear and account from connecting!
I run homebridge and have plugins that talks to Nest, I'm not sure if that caused an issue (hasn't been an issue for the past 6years).
Anybody got any suggestions, as at the moment these smart thermostats aren't so smart!! seriously tempted to move to Tado!

to get me around things, I created a new google Account and had to factory reset my four thermostats and add it back in.
it feels like I’ve just been fobbed off by support as this clearly isn’t a widespread issue and most likely specific to my account. I still have the issue with my original account.
The main selling point of these thermostats is being able to control your heating remotely via app and if I can’t do that then I may as well revert back to a cheap dumb thermostat.
With the size of Google and the funds available, I find it shocking that there is no dedicated support for the app/account as without the app, it doesn’t give me what I’ve paid for.
I hope you can help me get to the bottom of it, although I have a new account i would like to know what has happened for future reference. If you resolve the issue I like to migrate my thermostats back to my original account.

I have the same problem. But I was able to log in in goggle. The app seems to be broken.

Yes, they haven't bothered following up after their last message and I still can't sign in. If you call them up, they have nobody that can support you if you can't login, which I'm flabbergasted considering this is a smart device and relies on the app to be controlled away from home. This is why I will stay on HomeKit, never had an issue with it. Will be dumping these and moving over to Tado later.
