Cannot view credit card details or remove payment method

I received an email to update my Nest Aware doorbell camera's payment method.


There was no option to update the credit card, only add another payment method.


I added my same credit card as a new payment method, but with the current expiry date.

Now I see two cards listed, one is indicated as selected by a checkmark beside it, but the Name and "ending in XXXX" are identical, so I don't know if the one selected is the one with the updated card info, or the expired card info.

This problem of not being able to remove a card, or view the card details, such as expiry date, is almost laughable in its lack of user interface design sensibility and friendliness. Frustration like this I would not have expected from Google, but this same problem exits in the Google Play store as well. I want to remove my old expired card from my payment methods, not continually add more and more iterations of the same card.

Any suggestions?

P.S. The required labels for posting in this community are of no help. I had to select "Nest App", "Android" (it is not an Android/iOS issue, it's a doorbell camera device/subscription), and "Feedback" ... this is not feedback, this is a payment support problem/issue.

I do not have any access to that information so you need to contact Support, fill out the form; Next >Next> choose your option to contact them.
