Nest Migration Fails

Every time I try to migrate my Nest account all I get is "Something went wrong". How can someone diagnose a problem with such a vague message?IMHO something went wrong when the person wrote this alert. What now?

Resolved! deleting a household member

Google home account was originally created by user "A". User "B" was later added as another member. If account member A is removed, will the account still remain active with user B as the only member? Any thoughts on this from the group? Thanks.
