I can no longer log into my nest app. when i try to reset my password i never receive an email with the reset code. I also tried logging in with a google email and again, never receive and email back from Nest with a reset code. when i call customer service at 8############ i get a busy signal. I've tried for the last few days, nothing but busy.
please help me!

Sorry to hear about your experience with your Nest app as well as when you're trying to reach out to our support team. Let's try to get into the bottom of this.
A few questions — what Google or Nest devices do you have on your account? Did you migrate your Nest account to Google? Also, is your Nest account a Gmail email address or a third party one?
