Connecting a family to nest hub

A second family member is connected to nest hub but nest hub cannot connect to anything on their phone (calendar, contacts, photos, ect.) It works perfect for me and he is linked but cannot share

I know how challenging it is when one of the accounts linked on the Google Nest Hub is having an issue. Let's try to get to the bottom of this. What is the make and model of the phone? Does it have a Google Calendar? Are the photos synced on Google Photos? Are the contacts saved on Google Contacts?

Please make sure that personal results are turned on for your Nest Hub to allow the Google Assistant to read or show results specific to you like calendars, and contacts. Follow the steps below to know-how:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Home app.
2. At the bottom, tap Home > Settings.
3. Under “Features,” tap Google Assistant > Personal results.
4. Edit settings for the devices in your home.
