My hopper 3 is connected to Google Home, however it's off-line. How do I get this to go online? When I select DISH on my iPhone 12 it says “something went wrong please try again.” Please help I've been working with this for weeks.

Thanks for reaching out. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. A few questions: Were there any recent changes made? Is the Google Home app updated? Also, what steps have you taken so far? Try to relink Dish and observe if it makes a difference.

Nothing changed, this is all new to me. I added my Hopper 3 but it shows inactive. I have deleted and readded several times. UGH

Thanks for trying that and sorry that you are still experiencing it. Are you using Android or iOS? You can reinstall the Google Home app. Also, using another phone can also help isolate this.
