I currently have a nest account that I use the same gmail as my google home. I was unable to migrate the account and when I want to add nest home max to activate the camera it state problem connecting to cloud.
I also have a control 4 system that is linked to nest account so how can I streamline all
I am using the same gmail account for the three platform

Hi @OmarSh - I'm not 100% sure, but I think the new Nest Hub Max can only be used with the Google Home app. I don't have one to test, but I don't think the Nest Hub Max is compatible with the Nest app.

Thanks for the clarification. Are you able to connect to any of your other nest devices in the home app or is this the only one that you have in there?

OmarSh, to make sure, are you using a regular Google Account? Could you try reinstalling your Google Home app to see if that helps? Also, try using a different phone to see if you'll get the same result.
