Escalating a case

Hello,

There is an issue on Google's website that is not letting me purchase a Nest Aware subscription on one of my homes (even though I had one previously), and I keep getting transferred back and forth between Nest Support and Google Store saying it is the other departments problem. Is there any way I can get this escalated?

Last case: 0-7068000034441
