Find my phone tries to access my pixel 3a not my new pixel 6

When I ask Google to find my phone it is ringing my pixel 3a which I have signed out of. It will find my pixel 6 if I specify the phone but i want the pixel 6 to be the default.

How do I achieve this?

Hi clarkie132,

You need to go to the Google Play store link below and disable your old phone and enabled your new phone from the 'show in menus' section.

https://play.google.com/library/devices

Also remove your old phone from your Google account if you don't want it to be recognisable anymore.
