Thanks for reaching out. Let's check what's going on — are your smart light bulbs successfully set up on the same WiFi network where your speakers are connected? Could you try these steps:
Say the voice command, “Hey Google, sync all devices."
Unlink and relink your Smart light on your Google Home app.
Reboot your router, Google Home speaker and smart lights.

It seems that i just have connection problem. The device is sync with google home/assistant. I test it where the signal could reach the bulb and it works fine. Its just that my wifi signal didn't get well through enough in my room. Sorry for late reply and thanks for all the help.
