Gnest and home doorbell 2nd generation

Doorbell will not re pair with mobile phone.. we have tried everything suggested.. it use to work but all of a sudden we had network issues.. deleting accounts and reset factory settings etc. Set up new names too.. 

Home is working as other devices added on it but issues with pairing again onto phone again.. must of tried 50 times.. nc00.. messages come up when pairing????

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to set up your Nest Doorbell in the app. I'm happy to help you! 

  • How far have you gotten in pairing your device?
  • What’s the color of the LED status light?
  • How far is the device from the router?
  • What type of Nest Doorbell do you have (battery, wired or wired 1St Gen)?
  • May i know what exact error error code did you get? 
  • Have you already deleted the doorbell from your account?
