Hi Mikerg,
Thanks for posting. The new Google Home app update indicates the network or device as offline if shown with a triangle with an exclamation point inside.
A few questions: is your Google Wifi network offline? Are your connected devices online while connected to your network? Also, have you made any changes in your network?
Best,
Mel

The exclamation points have started appearing in the camera and doorbell tiles on our Nest Hubs and Nest Hub Max in the last few weeks. When they appear, it's most often on all of our older Google Nest cameras and doorbells (those that work only in the Google Nest app). Sometimes it's just on a few.
The Nest Hub continues to function fine, as do the cameras. NONE of them are "offline". If we revisit the Nest Hub later, the explanation points disappear. This morning, they appeared on our Nest Hub Max and on our Nest Hubs, but we were able to stream the cameras anyhow. I checked again an hour later and the exclamation points were once again gone.
My guess is that this is some sort of malfunction on Google Nest's servers that is falsely displaying an exclamation point and has nothing at all to do with the functionality of our devices.

This is a problem on Google Nest's end, and Google Nest has acknowledged this is an issue and says they are investigating why this is occurring:
And another user just logged it today:
