Just recently, on iPad, the Google Home App does not load my cameras properly. They are all just showing a turning, turning, turning.
On my phones and on the home.google.com website all is fine.
I removed the Google Home App from iPad and added it again. I logged in. Still the same. Like it's trying to set up but not getting anywhere. I am not sure if it may be an issue with the latest version of the iPadOS Google Home App which was just issued.
Are others having a similar issue since the new version of the Google Home App came out?
Any suggestions about how I might rectify it?

Update today to ver 3.32.130. Appears to have fixed the problem.
At least for now… 🤞🤞

Thanks @Thomas_Skoropad for keeping up on all the updates. I checked again today, and unfortunately, for my set-up, it is still not working. Even removed the app and added it back in altogether. Cameras seem to be trying to load (light blue circles on one of my homes (with Nest Aware) and coloured circles on my other home (without Nest aware) where the pictures should be). Opening/closing the app -- sometimes for the multi-camera view it shows the actual live picture, but going to a specific camera just gives the continuing to load circles.

Well… I spoke too soon. My admin account opens now to my 4 cameras, but if I select a camera I get a brief view of the live video, then it goes blank and back to back to the spinning circle.
And yet when switching back to wife’s account all works as designed.

I’m not sure if this will help or not but I had signed up for “public preview” which is Google’s beta testing program pretty much. I unsubscribed from it in the Google Home App settings and it seems to have resolved the exact same issue you are having with the admin account not being able to play live video. See if leaving the public preview program helps if you enabled it. All my live views work normally again after I did that.

Conclusion… this is an absolute mess when using the my Admin account. It won’t even open the “Public Preview” settings to allow me to sign out.
And my wife’s account, even when signed into Public Preview works fine.

Hello @Thomas_Skoropad . In response to the issue you noted here -- If you log into your Google Home on your iPhone or a device that is working (or if that is not working just go to the website home.google.com and sign in there), you click on the yellow flask and ask for it to leave the public preview. It will leave it on all your devices -- even on the ones you can't get to the settings for. Hope that works for you as well.

Thanks for the recommendation @darg . I had been on the "public preview" for the latest advances. Yesterday I turned it off (it said it could take up to a day to make this happen). Today when testing it on iPad, the cameras seem to load properly -- from the group view and the individual full screen for each camera in live view. They take several seconds to load (a bit slower than the website version and the iPhone App it appears), and the odd time it is just circles and then a pop-up saying cannot load live video, but pretty good. Not sure what leaving the public preview will do overall, but at least the App performance on iPad is better without it. Google, we hope that the @darg 's insight and other details users have provided here helps you fix this problem properly -- and quickly.

Glad that it worked for you. I don’t know what it is but after a few days things should stabilize and your cameras will work like they should. Maybe it rolls the firmware back on them from the public preview over time, I don’t know. I’m just glad to be able to live view and see recorded events again whereas before the system was completely bricked on the admin account.
