I just changed my home network to new high speed service. Router and Wi-Fi changed. So, I’ve had to redo all my C by GE lights in the Cync app. I have almost 50 smart lights. Cync is working. However, when I now try to LINK it to Google Home app, Google Home indicates the Cync login was successful, but, none of the devices appear anywhere in the Google Home app. It is as if the connection is not made. And, I’m curious too now that Cync app requires two-factor authentication how the login link to Google Home is actually happening without the two-factor verification.
Thanks for any ideas.

Hi Dan,
I actually talked with GE Cync and I needed to have at least 1 direct connect (wi-fi) device in the group of Cync devices. All I had were bluetooth. So, that solved my issue for the most part.
Thanks
