HIKVISION app for Google Assistant

While I realise that Google / Nest want to restrict integration to their camera system - I chose HIKVISION CCTV for my home with an integrated NVR. I have these linked to my Fibaro home automation system which works well.

Is there a CCTV app that I can use to stream these cameras to my home hub or GTV streamer 4k?
